Meet the Family! 

Will is the backbone of this entire operation. To know him is to love him and the honesty, integrity, and fun he brings to every situation. Will’s 40 years of experience in the logistics industry started at a regional LTL carrier and their brokerage division. He's worn pretty much every hat possible; sales, operations, accounting, and management. Over the years, he inspired all but one of his four kids to happily work alongside him in the family business (except the Doctor). Will is the heart of this operation — steady, honest, and endlessly committed. With over 40 years of hands-on experience in logistics, he’s done it all: sales, operations, accounting, and leadership. His career began at a regional LTL carrier, where he quickly proved himself as a versatile and trusted force in the industry. As a mentor and motivator, Will has inspired (almost) all of his kids to join the family business — all but the one who became a doctor. He and his wife Mary have been married for 38 years and share a crazy life filled with four kids and five grandkids.

Molly does it all — from raising her family to raising the bar at Blue Dog. Since joining the team in 2017, she’s carried on the Dodge family legacy in logistics, transforming a part-time accounting role into a full-throttle career in customer service and operations. Her typing speed is legendary, and so is the way she handles the support inbox — fast, thorough, and with heart. Beyond her logistics skills, Molly is bringing her creativity to the forefront as she leads the charge in marketing and social media. She’s a connector, a communicator, and someone every team wishes they had — we’re just lucky she’s on ours. We look forward to having Molly share more of her creative talents with the world as she helps Blue Dog boost our brand through marketing and social media.

Morgan always knew he wanted to work with his dad — but first, Will had two rules: get a college degree or work somewhere else. Morgan did both, and in 2019, after a decade of coaching youth sports, he officially joined the family business as an inside sales rep. Since then, he’s evolved into a hybrid role focused on operations and strategy, proudly serving as Will’s right-hand. The two have worked side-by-side for six years (even two feet apart during the height of COVID) — and only needed a break from each other once. Not bad for a father-son duo. When he’s not navigating the nonstop pace of logistics, Morgan enjoys a much quieter kind of chaos at home with his wife Gina and their three little ones, all under six.

Erich brings hustle, heart, and a whole lot of horsepower to the Blue Dog team. Known for tracking down solutions and making things happen, he’s earned his title as “The Retriever.” Whether it’s solving a logistics puzzle, coordinating with customers, or jumping in wherever needed, Erich is always on it — and then some. A true team player with a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand under pressure, Erich helps ensure our operations run smoothly and our customers stay happy. He’s carrying the family torch forward with grit, reliability, and the same commitment that built Blue Dog from the ground up. Erich brings fun, fresh ideas, and a unique perspective to the team!
